Returns & Warranties

The initial quote is an estimate only; if there is additional labor/parts that change the total due, a new quote will be generated and then approved by the customer before the work begins.  You have the right to discontinue service before the job has begun.  The refund is only applicable to the unused materials and/or services in the paid invoice.

Nearly all products sold by Better Buy Pool Supply carry a manufacturer’s warranty.  If you feel you have a defective product, please contact Better Buy Pool Supply and we will assist you through the warranty process.

Any product that has been installed and/or used cannot be returned unless Better Buy Pool Supply has received prior consent from the product’s manufacturer.
